5 CONDO RULES TO LIVE BY *

(You lose what you don't use! Haha)

I'm technically in my 4th building...but I will tell you my best one was a studio unit back in Katipunan. (Miss miss love love Unit608!) I initially thought this was the best place on earth. The view is just pretty, can't wait to do a Miss Dior Cherie version with balloons! I hate this unit, I totally hate this unit. Anyway, I hate upperfloor noise (especially when you move your furniture, come on, this is sooo annoying!), but since I'm with Mr. Mexican (the guy below my unit who doesn't know a thing about condo living rules...) this post is dedicated to him. Tonight black mazda met the bitch of all bitches. I am dedicating this post to her too. There was some sort of conspiracy in the parking lot. The guard even wanted to arrange that we park in a different slot... but why???? I have my own. The other guard insisted that I could've been in the wrong slot, hello, I've been living there for a couple of months and I think I know where my slot is by now.

Black mazda was so apologetic and even pointed that they have 2 parking slots. I don't care if she has 2 parking slots or even 200 parking slots. My point is get your 3rd car out of MY parking slot!!!! I don't care if you parked there for 5-10 mins, my parking slot is not a guest parking slot. Get it? If you want a 3rd one for a bus, truck, ship or whatever, buy another one or rent another one. Do not use my slot as your temporary slot. I don't care if you're from Bicol, Tawi-Tawi or Zimbabwe, get your car out of my parking slot. I pointed to her that she should know that her guests should use the guest parking area. They just can't park anywhere in there. So hello black mazda, so unfortunate I had to meet you this way. I'm usually really friendly but for tonight I just had to be THAT bitch.
So to every Mr. Mexican (the nasty party animal) and Black Mazda (parking slot grabber) out there, 5 simple rules for you guys.
1) Party with care, seriously.
I understand when you're young, you still have the energy to party like there's no tomorrow. But for the rest of your neighbors, there is still tomorrow - for work, for school, for whatever. Do not be selfish to deprive them of their sleep by being boisterous in the hallways, playing loud music, etc. You can only get away with this if you own the building or you pay for a higher rate of association dues or something. If you want some serious soundtrip, buy decent headphones and use them with no mercy. Your neighbors will love you for it.
2) Please follow condominium rules. We have them.
Please don't make an exception when it comes to parking spaces. If you have one then stick to your own slot.
3) The hallway isn't the playground.
I pity kids who grow up in buildings bcos I think it isn't fun as compared to living in a real house with a garden. I know it's a matter of choice these days for parents/families but please make your kids use the playground instead especially if we have an area for that. I hate hearing kids screaming and running around in the hallways. Please use your bikes somewhere...
4) Remember basic courtesy in using lobby main doors and elevators.
5) Carry your furniture. Do not drag them.
It's less annoying this way. It doesn't scratch the flooring too.
I have to come up with 5 more rules... maybe next time!
