I'm so excited for this pictorial on Friday. I'm helping the participants with their wardrobe needs. So I'm basically the wardrobe assistant. I actually love being my friends' personal shopper once in awhile. It's actually easy working with these guys bcos I already know their wardrobe needs. Saturday's thing is quite a challenge for me. I think we have at least 10 participants for this thing. I'm trying to contact them one by one. I have to assess their wardrobe needs and imagine an outfit in my head. I'm doing some research for looks we can do for those participants who have no idea what they want for the shoot. At the end of the day my job is to fill in where the eye of the photographer ends - to fix those bangs, straigthen the fold on the shirt, blot the sweat, fix the props, etc.

I'm doing this thing in exchange of a free shoot for my personal portfolio. I have yet to find a mestiza model, design student who could provide the clothes for the shoot, and far-away farm (or I have to wait for "farming" season?).

=) Happy I'm back with my creative juices!!!

i just saw your comment on my blog... hehehehe :)
the lens cost $150 (i think) from amazon.com ok lang sya gamitin except that you'd have to be really far from the subject and best used with a tripod since it doesn't have a stabilizer and for the price it's a bargain because the image quality it takes is pretty good. i was going to buy an holga pero super expensive ang film processing! hehehe!
can't wait to see pictures from the pictorial :)
