I absolutely love drama movies. I don't watch new movies, but I've grown to love Filipino movies (c/o Cinema One). Baduy na kung baduy, but that makes me "ME". My kuya loves to tease me about having watched all of the films in Cinema One. True enough! I love the movies circa 80s with 80s fashion. I love watching Sharon Cuneta films even if I'm not a true Sharonian. My favorite actress is Maricel Soriano actually. You cannot ask me about the latest movies but am more of an expert when it comes to Filipino movies. (Oh! I also love the slapstick comedy movies.) Haha. I get easily hooked to telenovelas as well. Blame it on boring afternoons and after-news primetime nights. I'm currently watching Maging Sino Ka Man (MSKM) on Channel 2 which is about to end. Ask me about ABSCBN shows cos I never watch GMA7. In college, my friend and I would watch Meteor Garden. My roomates and I watched Lovers in Paris and so on with all the kabaduyan koreanovelas. I started with Marimar and reached that point of watching her live in concert when she toured Manila. I told you I can be so baduy.
Yesterday, I finished watching FullHouse (It's a GMA7 original feature) but I wasn't able to start it so I had my DVD copy. It was the last CD for my DVD Marathon. I've finished Project Runway, Sex and the City, Ugly Betty and finally Full House. I was so kilig! The love story was funny. I realized even if I had a hard time watching it cos the dubbing was in Mandarin, the subtitle was in English. I couldn't read and watch at the same time. After 18 hours, I finished it and realized that even if it was in English, it had the same vibe when it was dubbed in Tagalog. I guess emotion is such a universal thing, even language barrier could overcome.

Kilig talaga to, I'd watch it again. I hope I find a copy dubbed in Filipino.
